How many times do we have to FICA an account?

According to my records I have FICA'd my accounts 9 times. I have lived in the same house for 16 years and had the same phone numbers and emails since I can remember. I did it two weeks ago and then this morning get a message I must do it again. This time I insisted on something in writing from the enquiries lady because I am so sick and tired of doing this. I asked her again to do all 4 accounts. What a performance to get a written confirmation that I had in fact done what the bank asked me to do! Surely there should be a standard letter that the counter clerk can issue to clients when we do the FICA? That way if we are asked time and time and time and time again to come back we have proof that it is not our problem.... She did eventually give me a sort of half baked letter. Seriously Standard Bank - get your act together and keep accurate records - and make it easier for your staff too. (Thank you Lauren for your patience).
