How long is "shortly"
<p>I have a query that i logged almost 3 montjs ago that has not been attended to and the only reaponse i get is "apologies for the delay, we will get our people to resolve it SHORTLY" . HOW LONG IS SHORTLY ????THIS QUERY IS GOING INTO ITS 4TH MONTH AND YOU'RE STILL TELLING ME OF "SHORTLY"!! DO YOU HAVE PEOPLE OR COMPUTERS WORKING YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA QUERIES?</p>
