How long does it take to update fica?

On 13 Sept 2018, I went to the Balfour Park branch to update my fica as I kept getting sms' and emails from Std bank to do so. However, the whole week I kept getting the sms messages to go and update my fica. Fed up, I decided to call the Call Centre to find out what is happening. I spoke to Bonolo, after putting me on hold for 25 mins, she came back and said my fica on my personal acc has been updated but the problem is now on my business acc (Mohlalatsana). Bonono insists that I must go to the branch to sort this matter our. I refuse to go to the branch because this business acc was closed over a year ago at the Norwood branch. This business acc should not be appearing on my profile. So Std bank please make sure you remove that acc from my profile and make sure my fica is updated accordingly without causing any frustrations and further inconvenience.
