How long does it take to get a simple paid up letter
I have recently closed my account at this place and I asked for a letter stating that the account is closed. It is now 5 weeks later and still nothing. How difficult is it to get a letter, i have called the call center multiple times and got given different answers. I just need that letter to state the account is settled and closed. Its a simple task. I do not understand why it has to take so long.
