How long does it take?

Following on from my complaint two months ago, and still nothing has been done.<br> I app**** online for a home loan to buy a property in February this year.<br> It was approved within a day. On the 2nd of March I faxed them the required forms.<br> And guess what, the bank has still not paid the seller.<br> The seller is now wishing to sell to someone else and has given us to the end of this month.<br> Does it really take 7 months to complete a home loan?<br> Now that we are going to lose this house, who is responsible for the lawyers fees for these 7 months.<br> Surely not me?<br> The lawyers are blaming the bank and the bank blaming the law firm.<br> This is not bad service as there has been no service at all.<br> Really, are all the banks in South Africa this bad?
