How I spend my christmas because of standard bank

Account ***<br> <br> 2015 two more weeks left and all the bad memories would have been of the past.<br> I have managed to free myself and wife and kids from debt review.<br> I had paid all my creditors except one that I forgot about..Had made arrangements for it to be paid R400.00 a month.<br> Alas I forgot to pay and yes specialize collection approved a set of R21 461.87 not the R2400.00.<br> <br> I thought that I could recover the funds as my bond ,car ,lights and water let alone Christmas presents I had planned for the kids...<br> Well they left me on the 19 of December 6 days from Christmas with R1200.00<br> <br> I ask myself after 13 years with the bank .is this the way a client and his family and commitments are treated .To date I have written three emails and not one had the decency of getting back to me.<br> On my way to have a quartdrupple by pass on Monday the 11th January 2016<br> If this is the last complaint.
