How hard is it to change an address?
Yesterday I got yet another bank statement emailed to me with the wrong address on. To be precise, I last stayed at that address 6 years and 3 months ago. I've since given proof of address of 2 new residences to the bank but for some reason I'm still stuck in the place I rented years ago. I've been to the branch, call centre and complaints resolution centre and everyone assures me that it has been fixed and I just have to wait for my next 2 bank statements then I will see. It feels like I'm being taken for a ride. Just fix it!
