how dare you hold my money is it theft

So I became unemployed (previous company liquidated whom was a Client of yours) and we got nothing!<br> It is unfortunate that my account went in a negative balance by approx R 1500.00<br> I could not pay or make payment pal because of not having fixed work! Now that I employed I have paid in full but you have SOLD my account to collection company! And I can not use my account! I am expecting a large deposit into this account on or before Thursday but I can not get my money, you sold my account! How dare you do this to a person? I demand my account reinstated and available to use by tomorrow morning! This is theft of my money you big banks need to realize that the small customers are what keeps you open! How can you treat people like ********? Tell the on the phone why did you open an account if you did not intend to pay it! What is your problem what are you Jong to do about it?
