House sold through easysell but no funds transfered hence I am being forced out of my house. I am being ******

I sold my house via easysell as recommended by standardbank. An estate agency was nominated aswell as the attorneys. All the paperwork was done accordingly but funds were never transferred in my (acccounds) proceeds. I only received 1% and I requested for the breakdown statement from the attorneys. I discovered there is about +-80k missing unexplained. The attorneys told me they don't know what happened I must refer to the bank and at tge same time the estate agency is harassing harassing and bullying wanting me out of tge house since the paper work is done. I am being harrased by whatsap and emails but no says anything about tge money owed to me. Estate agency told me it's not their duty hence they have deducted their commission.
