House sold on auction

Imagine someone coming to your home and telling you they bought it on auction that morning. The reaction you had reading that line is probably exactly the same one my family and I had. This happened last month and till this day Standard Bank is still investigating. In the meantime we are homeless because the person who initially claimed to have bought the house now claims to have sold it to someone else and they kicked us out. Why did we not call the police you ask, well for one the person the house was sold to is a police officer and even though we told him that the matter is still being investigated, he doesn't give a damn and is certainly not scared of three defensless women on a secluded Plot. This is ALL Standard Bank's fault for not following due process and procedure and while they are taking their sweet time investigating our lives are falling apart. We can't even afford lawyers so you can just imagine how hard it is getting this whole situation rectified. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU HAVE OR ARE PLANNING TO TAKE OUT A HOME LOAN WITH STANDARD BANK. They have made our lives a living hell, if I could I would write a ten page letter about this whole situation.
