HOUNOURING FEES
I sent an e-mail more than 24hours ago and there is no response regarding this, i want Why is this complaint closed without a resolution, why are you waiting my time and efforts. The handler of this complaint advised that she's processing the refund yesterday but nothing. PLEASE CALL ME AT 9AM IF NOT CALL ME AT 1PM

Bila, Gorden G working for this enquiry Reff *** is not willing to assist. he just sent an e-mail to me 15 minutes ago to say he tried contacting me when i clearly specified that i can answer a call at 9am and at 13:00pm, i work i do not allowed to take personal calls.
