Hospital cover deduction never cancelled
I have requested since December 2019 that you must cancel my Hospital Cover on my BlueBean credit card, but you simply keep on deducting the amount, but not stating that it is for Hospital Cover, it just shows Aankope en Debiete.
The mailbox seems to be full as the mails are not delivered now.
This is not acceptable and I want to receive a credit for all the installments since December 2019.
