Horror experience

I was in standard bank on Saturday to get my OWN MONEY from my travelers wallet, I was never ever advised about a 14 day waiting period, today I returned as no shop in the entire Sandton city can grasp why I cannot use my own international bank card. The ladies at forex thought everything is one big joke including the team manager. They kept me and another client waiting for exactly 3 hours to transfer my funds into my own back account- after the 3 hours they said sorry the system never allows this type of transaction , but they work for a bank and don't know their jobs???!!!!!!!!! They practically smiled and said goodbye , see you tomorrow with no apology or effort or any explanation from the team manager. I want this taken further ASAP
