Horrific Service!!!

I called the Standard Bank Home Loan Call Centre 3 times today, and on all 3 occasions I had to hold the line for 15 minutes plus and still received no assistance on determining my home loan settlement amount!!!!<br> <br> I can't believe that a bank like Standard Bank let their clients wait for 15 minutes plus on the line when trying to pay them back the money they loaned, this is just shocking and so very very disappointing!!!!<br> <br> I am most certainly never ever making use of any standard bank loan facilities again!!!!!!
