Horrific

My house has been in arrears and I have been liasing with the attorneys where my account was held,I made an arrangement in January 2024 with Adel to pay R10000 by the 06 February 2024 and Pay again another R10000 by the 06 March 2024,I sticked to the commitment only find out that I will receive a notification from bank on the 05 March 2024 stating that I will receive court judgment,on the 06 March I reported in the Alberton branch to find out what happening only to find out that my arrangements were not noted on the system,then we drafted and new arrangement again with the attorneys.On the 11 March 2024 I received summons from the court which were not even dilivered in my hands,the summons were handed over to my staff of which I find it very much against the law,I called the standard bank attorneies again to find out what's happening I was told the people who made the arrangements for were not supposed to do it,it was not in their capacity to agree to the arrangements?How was I suppose to know that?I'm sitting thinking everything is sorted only to be embarrassed by summons,I'm not happy with the way this matter has been handled and I want the sherrif who dilivered the summons to come get them and apologies for handing them over to the incorrect account holder.
