horrible standard bank ********

in 2014 we took up a student loan with standard bank which amounted to R 57600 plus interest it amounted to R70 000 . the debit order of R987 has been going through to our account for the past 6 years now and the balance today is R78000 . we have gone back and forth with standard bank requesting the initial contract and from 3 months of requesting it we have not received the contract . when i do call or go to the branch in Johannesburg in commissioner office the service is slow with consultant that are impatient and full of attitude . we also posted on twitter requesting assistance on the 18th of january till today we have not gotten a call back instead the are sending statement . i ask that someone help us. this is a nightmare
