Horrible service standard bank Zeerust

I have never experienced such treatment as of the elderly. Standard bank Zeerust is horrible!!! My mom went there because she needed to check what's needed to get my cousin's student loan approved and they told her gore she needs to apply online and gave her a computer. Now this is a 51 year old from a small town of of Zeerust and a generation where they know nothing about about technology. She told then she can't use it and they told her that she needs to do it herself online they can't assist her. How? She just told them she doesn't know how to. She then asked for her banker's number and they told her they don't have it.
