Horrible service ruined my holiday

I went to New York 2 weeks ago, on the 24/04 I was unable to draw money because they where offline, I confirmed this with my family here in SA and they also could not even get onto the online website. I send a complaint to Standard Bank about this as this ruined plans I had that day and I had to even borrow money for food which was horribly embarrassing! Their social media department send me mails claiming not to have been offline that day, even though if you go look at their twitter account there are other complaints on the same day asking what is going on with them being offline. I have been a client for more than 10 years now, I am done! Your service is horrible.
