Horrible service from this bank!!!
Horrible service from a such a big bank, it's shocking. I have had no access to my account for a week now and their call centre keep lying to me saying my replacement card is on the way. I have lost trust in this bank, and I use to think it's one of the best banks, am not sure anymore especially after reading other reviews on this platform. I'm not sure whether it's the *********** staff or their systems are just getting worse. Shocked!
