Horrible service from standard bank

This bank doesn't care about thier clients in order to get things done must fight with them its 4months trying to close my credit card everyone told me me it's closed but no, requested my VAF 3 month ago to be changed to different bank they also agreed guess what nothing has been changed I'm just being fool by the stuff, what a horrible service sies
