Horrible service from standard bank !

Standard bank approved my payment holiday for vehicle financing and they never finished the process and I been getting bounced debit orders and they just charged me R3218.84 Interest because they never finalized things on their side . Everyday I follow up to no help , they send me messages everyday that I need to pay and when someone calls it’s debtors asking for their money and i have to keep explaining how I was approved for payment holiday , this has inconvenienced me greatly
