horrible service by a consultant at Newtown Juction Standard Bank

I visited std bank in newtown juction today 2018/10/15 @09:45 was assisted by a horrible rude woman dont know her name, dont know her title , she is not a service consultant, not a teller, she is not supposed to be at the help desk I will actually close my account because of her. I have a pending query which was logged on the 04/10/2018 was advised by a conultant at the randburg branch that my money will be refunded back into my account the 05th october which was not done. I contacted the call center on the 2018/10/13 was advised by Caren the supervisor that my query will be resolved today the 2018/10/15, Can I have this matter resolved, can something happen there at Standard bank
