Horrible service at standard bank home loans

<p>I bought my house in tembisa in 2013 and I got 100% bond from standard bank, it's been 4 years now. I have made few changes and been maintaining my house since then. You cannot believe that the very same bank that financed me is refusing to finance the house in question . Since March 2017 I have signed more than four offers from people who are really looking forward to buy the house with a different price from that of 2013, standard bank declining or granting approval for the very same amount that they financed me four years ago. Their reason being the house is in bad condition whereas and the condition of the house is even way better than the way it was when it was was financed. So all I need is for standard bank to tell me if I am gonna get stuck with these property for the rest of my life and if it is fair to pay bond for four years never mind the changes and maintenance that I have done and only be told that the value of your house is the same as 2013's which is four years ago.</p>
