Horrible Service at Standard Bank

I had a horrible experience from Standard Bank in Boulders in Month end August. I had done a deposit to my Vehicle account , an amount of R 12800 on their Atms. And lately mid Sep , I was told my account was on arrears. I was shocked to the core as I had made a payment.When I went to the branch , I was told there is R6000 and the rest tgey dont see.Im still trying to solve this and no onr seems to be interested in my query.I have been to the branch but to no assistance. Im getting rude consultants horrible services.
