Horrible service and attitude

<p>I went to your wonderpark branch in Pretoria North to do a withdrawal for a society/club. We did not see any withdrawal slip on the slip counter therefore we proceded to Teller 1 for assistance with the withdrawal. The lady who assisted us at Teller 1 at 10;05 am today had no customer service at all. She was so cold and had any angry face. When she turned us away to go and go and complete the slip I told my colleugue to fecth the slip so that we can complete it at the teller counter and the she rudely told us to leave the counter as she wanted to assist someone else. I told her that when we come and back we are not going to start the queue but we are coming straight, she gave me an attitude. OK, the we went to the lady at your front desk to ask for the withdrawal slip, i ask her since when did the withdrawal slip been removed from the slip counter and she responded to me faced down without even looking at me that "they were never there so to start with". I was shocked because i used to get the slip from your slip counter. Your staff members are so full of themselves and they think they are doing us a favour by assistig us. We are not children and we should not be treated as such, The fat lady at Teller 1 was the worst, she kept on chit chatting with the lady next to her , Teller 2 while assisting us. It shows she has no interest whatsover with her customers. </p> <p>I will use the North Park branch next time. I cant deal with such nonsense. </p>
