Horrible service all round

I recently go approved for a home loan from standard bank, and excited as I was, I decided to switch my salary and debit orders to standard bank, however the service I have received from the bank is appalling

1st every time I call the call center, I hold for 30min or longer, and when I finally get thru I’m transferred from pillar to post, today I decided to go to the bank to collect my card (Trade route mall) and it’s the closest I stay in Roodepoort I stood in line for more then 3 hours, ended up leaving the bank without my card, when I call again I’m told the card cant be delivered because it’s a new account, and then I’m told that no banks in Florida, Westgate or Roodepoort that takes cards for collection

I have even given up, and out of options. Please assist
