Horrible service

Hi ….I am very much frustrated by ur services …..I have been waiting for a response from Mohammed in the ***** or forensic department it’s been a week now nd my patience has run out …:.I have an account with U guys …I received a large amount of money to my surprise account is put on a block ….no one called me no one sent me an email only when I tried to access the funds then account is blocked …:.I sent the documents as requested by Mohammed but till today no one is helping me ….I went to the branch with my sick aunt so that they can confirm but that was useless becos I ddnt receive any help ….we wanna open a business she sent the money in my account as she is not fit to go to banks nd withdraw ….I have her affidavit nd I’d copy but unfortunately that is a waste becos a whole of standard bank is failing to help me …I need those funds we dnt have food I have to pay for my fees nd open our business ….so why must I suffer to get access to my money
