Horrible Service

<p>Good day</p> <p>I went to a standard bank klipfontein branch, which is forever off line, l go in there was a long queue at enquiries so l decided to wait for some gentleman who was assisting two other customers on the floor as he was walking away, l called him and said can l ask a question and he told me to go to enquiries only to tell me they do not certify.</p> <p>How does standard bank work? l have banked with them for years and have been certifying my ID with them for years, To confirm which queue l must join must l queue at enquiries? he argued with me that all standard banks don't certify so much that l started to question my sanity? So at standard bank you need to join the enquiries queue to ask which queue must you join for your request? and does standard bank certify or not if you bank with them? or is this s Witbank thing? lm new in the area</p>
