HORRIBLE SERVICE!

<p>to be honest, i have never received such terrible service, and from a bank no less. Standard bank was very quick to take money OFF my account for a loan repayment but they took it off 4 times!!!! when i went in over a week ago to reverse it i am still waiting. i must have emailed about 5 different people i have called your customer support number and the customer complaints... i have heard nothing. i am literally on the phone now holding again. The phone was put down on me by "ABALOSI" after i had told her how long i have been trying to get the situation resolved. I find this treatment appalling!!!! HOW CAN YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS!!!</p>
