horrible service
<p>I was notified that std bank had listed me on the credit beuro for a credit card i paid off 2 years ago, wen i called to enquire why i was told to send them the paid up letter i got 2 years ago. Luckily i was able to trace and check that i still had it 2 years later which is riduculous to exoect that i would keep a letter that long. I sent this letter in on the 18 June and requested that they give me an updated paid up letter reflecting 2016. it has been a struggle of of a month to get this letter, everytim i phone i am yold it will be send by today mam but it never happens. So am sitting with a bad credit record for a crad i paid over 2 years ago and your staff couldnt be bothered.</p>
