Horrible service

Horrible service ever. I went to the PTA North branch to renew my bank card. Did get it but I could withdraw money from ATM. I went back inside, the lady assisted and I could withdraw. I tried paying with the card it declined. I went to the Centurion branch.. Same story. The card declined. I went back to the bank, still declined and I went for the third time. I could withdraw money but I still couldn't use the card to pay. Today I went again, No guarantee that I will get help. I'm made to sit in a long queue despite explaining that I have been here many times.. Maybe its time to change the bank after 30 years of having been a loyal client🚮🚮🚮🚮
