Horrible non existent service!!!!

Terrible and no help available. At Killarney branch Randy was useless and only Hazel Mkhari really tried (but failed). Standard changed their system without letting me know and now after 3 lengthy visits to branches and 2 phone calls and leaving *** for a call back and at least 3 emails I still have had no help with their reinstating my beneficiaries who have been wiped off by their new system. What has happened to their good customer service????!!!
