Horrible Front Desk/Reception

If there was a way to give NO STARS I would. I do not understand how you hire a young generation then place them at the door of your institution to assist people but they are SUPER RUDE AND DO NOT CARE FOR THE ELDERLY, I'm extremely disgusted at the service received at the Standard Bank | No 5 on Simmonds. The door lady/receptionist there is so disgusting she made my father a pensioner at that stand on the side while she helped younger people all because my father has a hearing impairment and she is required to speak up. My father then called me to talk to her to explain and even THEN she did not want to hear what I was explaining and just dismissed the call. Super disgusted and we will sure be leaving this bank very soon.
