Horrible experience from Standard Bank

I would advise everyone not to take up any financing with Standard Bank Commercial Finance with Standard Bank. My client financed his business with Standard Bank Commercial Finance and registered 2 mortgage bonds on his two properties.

He now decided to sell these properties and l as their conveyancer, requested for the cancellation figures inorder to transfer the properties.

I sent these requests beginning of September 2020 but until now they have not sent. Apparently there is one Jerald Calbot who is supposed to approved and is forever not there. I follow up with them every single day and my client's documents are about to expire. I wonder how such a bank would take more than 2 months and still counting in approving simple bond cancellation figures. Do they think we have nothing else to do but to follow up on their lazy employees who are simply not doing their jobs. My client tried doing follow ups to speed things up but was told that he cannot, his conveyancer must continue with the follow ups.

I advise anyone who is considering taking a commercial loan to go to other banks and not Standard Bank as the experience l am having is terrible.
