Horrible customer service from Standard Bank loans. Don't go with them for a homeloan!!!!

I have communicated with Lerato Siwedza and Delmain Perreira regarding having my interest rates fixed. My emails are being ignored. I have been trying to get the interest rates fixed way before the first interest rates hike. Till to date no assistance. Stay away from Standard Bank homeloans if you want your sanity intact!
