Horrible customer service

For a big bank like standard bank to have horrible customer service is sad I called the call center to request a simple thing a statement on my term loan account granted it's under debt review fully aware of that but I got passed from one person to another transfered so many times to be told the system is frozen placed on hold for 10 min with no assistance on a balance and then asked to rate the level of service I was given which was no service at all. My issue is still unresolved I just need a statement so I can settle the account and never deal with them again because they have no idea what customer service is.
