Horrible customer service!

Standard Bank ***** department, please take customers serious!!!

I have called in last night with no help or assistance, the consultant suppose to transfer me to the correct department but put my call back to where I started and then cut the call. I have called in just now and couldn't hear the consultant clearly so I requested him to call me back and still waiting.
