Horrible Branch Set-Up

At the Key West Mall branch customers aren't allowed to bring in trolleys inside the bank. All is well EXCEPT there was no security personnel when I got there to do my banking. With the high crime rate in SA naturally no citizen would leave their trolley full of goods outside unattended for any period of time. Thinking it would be logical to put my trolley inside by the wall next to the reception BUT the attitude of staff I got when I wanted to leave my purchases secured. OMG! The security guard was AWOL, what do they expect customers to do with their purchases, leave them in the mall corridor UNATTENDED?
