Horrible benefit activation
I have been trying numerous times to activate the Credit card and Ster Kinekor movie ticket. I have been to a branch 3 times and they cannot tell me how to activate the benefit! Your card division also made me wait over 30 minutes on the phone with no assistance! Ster Kinekor says go to your branch and the branch says go to ster kinekor but no one has a clue on how to activate this!
