Horrible Bank - Terrible Administration

I don't even know where to start, I had a bond with Standard bank(SB), and I asked SB to help me sell the house as the bond was expensive could no longer make payment. The house was sold, and there was a shortfall of apprx R100K, which I signed at the attorneys that R1000 would be paid monthly on the 20th of every month from Feb 2015. The acc is at recoveries (settling the shortfall amount). This acc is up to date in payment, but I have since been getting sms's daily from SB that I didnt make payment. Today I got a sms saying I did not honor my agreement with SB and to contact *** where every month I have been calling speaking ti the likes of Sam Skhakhane, Lindiwe, who gave me Laarshen's number (team leader @ recoveries). I am so sick of explaining the same thing to everyone at SB, it is really pathetic for such a large financial institution to have such bad account maintenance. Somebody better look at that account, and remove me from whatever STUPID database that I am not making payment. I feel emotionally ******ed by this!!! Please also ADVICE, which acc number(full details) I am expected to use. Is it *** or *** with my account number as reference.
