Horrible bank
A bank that could care less, if you ever want to understand what it is like to not be assisted become a standard bank customer. these guys make Eskom and Telkom look like a walk in the park.
From the arrogant staff in the woodlands branch to promises that you will be called back. to staff in the call centre that cannot assist you and the story goes on and on.
Day one of posting, I am sure by the time I am assisted I would have posted a review every day for a year.
