Horrible
To say I am disgusted by Standard Bank, it will be an understatement. In 2016, my payout from pension office was delayed because Standard Bank decided to remove my second initial from the bank statement. To date, when I request a bank statement, only one initial appears. It's not only irritating, it's p....... me off. My ID document has two initials, so what the hell is happening?
