Hope Litheko. Standard Bank Witbank

Send a employee to the bank to cash a Cheque for my business Ikwekwezi Financial Services on 20 February. He came back and reported the bank say I must contact my business banker. Contacted Hope Litheko, who informed me the account is blocked because they want a proof of address(residence). We have spoken to Hope Litheko twice in that week and he did not communicate that there was anything wrong or outstanding on the account. Phone Standard Bank complaints Department on the 24th after I have emailed the lease agreement twice to Hope Litheko. Tried contacting Hope since 23rd he just does not pick up or return calls.<br> Today 25 February phoned Hope again, and strangely enough he picked up, informing me he had not received the mails. Hand delivered the Lease agreement to Standard Bank this Morning After 2 now account still blocked. This is out of spite of a complaint laid against him. OR IS IT JUST INCOMPETENCE. Never had any problems with my previous Business banker Zodwa, it was only a pleasure dealing with her<br> <br>
