Honouring Fees taken when account in green...

I've been with Standard Bank for years. The last couple of months they have been taking Honouribg fees off my account. When you query it, they sent a message they most probably sent to everyone. When you reply with proof of your bankstatement to show that your account is always in green, they don't bother to respond. I will be changing banks in new month. I will never recommend Standard Bank to anyone. I'm not the only person this is happening to and they also changed banks.
