Honouring fees

On the 18th of January a family member deposited money into my fiance bank account the balance available was R229, My fiance bought stuff at food *****s Market for R77 and Stuff by checkers for R151 according to my calculations we had enough money in our account I tried signing up for paypal which tried to take a R8.50 fee from our account which was declined do to insignificant funds first I did not agree for paypal to deduct any money from my account secondly being charged a R130 honouring fee for a R8.50 fee that you declined it ridiculous and third your branch trying to convince my fiance that the fee was late payment for checkers as they apparently only deducted 4 days later is nonsence first off all if that was the case why did we not have significant cash in the bank account for the R8.50 unauthorized paypal fee what happened to the R152 that was in the account to pay checkers and why is it my problem of you guys don't show correct balances or deduct money when it should be deducted. I have screenshots of all the information and I want the honouring fee reversed or I will lodge a claim with Ombudsman
