Honouring Fees

I never look at my statements. And now i did. Standard bank charge my honouring fee after my card payment was successful. Now i see it has been going on for months maybe years. I want my money back. I can understand if it is a debit order that and there was no money in my account. I think it is really bad from standard bank. Hope this gets sorted asap.
