Honouring Fee /Overdrafr fee
Due to a delay of presenting a card transaction from a merchant to STB my account went into an overdraft. Now STB charges me with fees and interest. two mails to STB dated 29.03.2015 and 08.04.2015 are unanswered. two mails to the so called Complaint Resolution Center dated 13.04.2015 and 16.04.2015 are unanswered as well.
