Honouring fee charges

I don't understand why standard bank keeps charging me an honouring fee and exactly what are you honouring when there is money in my account...I want this fee reversed or else I'm closing all my business with standard bank and I call into your call centre asking your staff to call me back but even that couldn't be done... Unacceptable and poor poor service...I will never recommend standard bank to anyone
