honouring fee charged twice
On the 30th and 31st of December I was charged an honoring fee of R120. I was then charged an overdraft fee of R57 on the 31st of December. This means that I have been charged R297 in charges over a period of two days, over and above my month service fee. If I didn't have enough funds in my cheque account, why was I allowed or withdraw if a payment hadn't been reflected on my bank account of R440. As a prestige banker I find this really unprofessional as our bank accounts are not up to date with the transaction made. Very disappointed and would like to resolve this issue immediately.
