Honouring fee charged.

Am being charge the honouring fee of R120 by Standard bank and I want it back . I went to the shops and pay my accounts with my cheque card and it went thorough, after days then they charge me the honouring fee. Its not my fault that when I pay with the card it went through it was suppose to decline immediately when I didn't have enough money on my account. They need to pay me back and update me on time with the right amounts every time am using my card , why am I paying the service fee every month if am not going to be updated with the right information on time. When i logged onto my online banking profile and saw that the transactions went off late, i immediately paid the outstanding amount. And guess what, the honouring fee put me right back in the negative. I am tired of people charging me fees for things that is not my problem. I pay enough monthly fees as it is.
